Rita Feros
Rita Feros is a psychologist with over 15 yrs experience in public mental health hospital settings.In 2012 Rita established her private practice,my psychology clinic, in Mosman. Rita has experience working cross culturally with adolescents, adults and families treating a range of mental health disorders, however she has particular experience and interest in Eating disorders; depression ; anxiety; grief and loss ; trauma and bullying. Rita has training in numerous therapeutic modalities such as family therapy ; brief solution focused therapy and sand play therapy to name a few. Rita can draw on her extensive clinical expertise to assess their suitability to each client. Rita's clinical approach is to tailor therapy to suit the client not make the client fit a particular approach. She has presented at numerous mental health conference and has been a mental health representative on several committees , most notably the NSW child and adolescent task force chaired by Prof Marie Bashir and Prof Beverly Raphael.
